Yoga With Lisa – All levels welcome!
Gentle Yoga: Tuesday’s @ 6:30-7:30pm
Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Thursday’s @ 6:45-7:45pm
Gentle Yoga: Friday’s @ 9:30-10:30am

Karate Lessons – Karate lessons continue in 2018. Classes will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Contact Sensei Wayne Thomas at (815) 351-1923 or the clubhouse for additional information. Adult lessons are available.
Guided Meditation With Lisa – Open to new and experienced meditators. May 23 rd @ 6:30 – 7:30 pm. Held at the Clubhouse. Free & open to Kipling Estates residents and non-residents. Donations accepted for the food pantry located at the Shorewood Troy Public Library. For more information please call 815-725- 9922. Wear comfortable clothing & bring a yoga mat / towel.
