Clubhouse
The residents of Kipling Estates can take advantage of the beautifully designed clubhouse, fitness center, tennis court, and pool located in the community.
Clubhouse Hours: available from 5:00 am until 10:00 pm for Homeowners who have registered for the Openpath keyless entry. Need to register? Visit the post on the Home Page.
Staff Hours of Operation: 2023 Fall and Winter months
- Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
- appointments available upon request via Clubhouse email.

Outdoor Pool:
Closed for the 2023 season to reopen Memorial Day weekend 2024.

The Kipling Pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day each day from 10am to 8pm. Open swim!
Kipling Estates residents in good standing can also use the Fitness Center during clubhouse hours. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the fitness center. Residents who are 16-17 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
The tennis court is located next to the clubhouse. The court is open from April 1st – November 1st, weather permitting.
