The upcoming quarterly due dates for your homeowner’s association fees are in the table below. All payment activity is managed by Bay Property Services, located at 315 W. PAYMENT OPTIONS:
- ONLINE: If you haven’t received your new login credentials email from Bay Property Services, Inc. please contact the office at 708-974-4900 or by email at baypropertyservices.net.
- BY CHECK: checks are to be made payable to “Kipling Estates Homeowners Association” and be sure to include your account # (number included in your statement) and address. Please mail the check and payment coupon to the following address: Kipling Estates Homeowners Association, c/o Bay Property Services, PO Box 88784, Carol Stream, IL 60188-0784
- CLUBHOUSE: the clubhouse will no longer be accepting cash payments. However, checks can be dropped off at the Clubhouse during open hours.
